As the Marie Henderson Team leader, I have spent over 20 years helping clients achieve their real estate goals across the Mainline, Philadelphia, New York City, Washington D.C., and even Malaga, Spain. My passion for delivering an exceptional client experience stems from my grandmother, a real estate agent, who inspired me to prioritize patience, superb listening skills, and going above and beyond for every client. I quickly understand my client’s unique needs and desires, earning their trust as a diplomatic and dedicated advisor. Above all, I protect my clients’ privacy, ensuring a seamless and confidential experience.
How did you get into real estate, and what has your experience been so far?
My journey into real estate began with my grandmother, whose work introduced me to the industry’s nuances. After earning my Business Administration degree from San Francisco State University, I worked on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant to the late Congressman Mickey Leland. Later, relocating my family to various cities as the wife and mother of former NBA players reignited my passion for real estate. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped countless buyers find their dream homes and sellers maximize their profits. As the Preferred Real Estate Partner for the Philadelphia Union Soccer Club, my team has had the honor of helping players and their families transition smoothly when relocating to Philadelphia.

Joining the prestigious Compass Sports & Entertainment Division was a natural extension of my personal experience relocating as the wife and mother of NBA players. Mothers, I work alongside mothers of professional basketball players to support children, families, and communities through mental health initiatives, mentorship, and education programs. We’ve partnered with organizations like the Philadelphia 76ers Foundation and Footlocker to provide over 500 pairs of shoes to children in need and host impactful events like back-to-school drives. Giving back is a cornerstone of who I am, personally and professionally.
